Purple Reign has a carefully chosen management team, who have years of experience in the transportation, and mechanical field. They conducted various market, feasibility and topographical studies before eventually deciding on the location of the business.

WORKSHOP NETWORK AND BACK-UP MECHANICAL HORSES FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND

Our well-maintained fleet of vehicles rarely break down and breakdown instances are well below the industry average. However, when breakdowns do occur, we have a network of workshops equipped to handle almost all repair work. We also have an excellent working relationship with our vehicle suppliers, so even major repairs are done within a few hours. As an added precaution, we always have a backup truck on permanent standby to minimise any inconvenience to our clients.

SEAMLESS CONNECTIONS ENSURE RELIABLE DELIVERIES

Purple Reign Transport vehicles are all equipped with cellular telephones to provide instant contact between drivers, branches and clients. Trucks are also fitted with vehicle satellite tracking systems to provide real-time vehicle positioning. As a result, customers can be assured of accurate loading and delivery times.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Clients can be assured that all our vehicles and loads are tracked 24/7 to not only safeguard the company, but also to track consignments and to monitor every truck driver’s driving. Our operational support crews are tasked to check that all equipment on the vehicles are up to standard, that tarpaulins covering the loads are clean and neat, and above all, that all our vehicles are roadworthy.
